Great stay . Great pool location

Pools could have been cleaner. Foot bathes were used by a duck for bathes, yuck.

Great stay with Villa Mexicans. Great location. Great service. Great relaxation. Great fun.

We are always happy with our experience at Villa Mexicana. It is really a hidden gem which is steps from the best beach in the area, great food nearby and awesome service.

Unfortunately lacking accommodation. Requested when booking for a first floor room, provided documentation of the request, and was declined. The ladies at the front desk are service oriented. The man at the front desk is rude, flippant , perhaps should consider moving to non-client facing position.

It is on the beach, there are 3 pools.

We spent 3 nights at Villa Mexicana. The rooms were clean but small. Staff was wonderful until we asked for beach towels at 9 am and there were no beach towels. There were no chaise lounges at 9 am on any of the days, they were all reserved with other people's stuff, even tho people were not on them, because they didn't have enough lounge chairs. 2 hours later a few more people and probably 30 lounges with stuff on them and no people. We had to go down the beach and pay to rent lounges and a umbrella. Staff wouldn't do anything about it. Very disappointed.

We only stayed for one night but everything was excellent and checking in was smooth. Very clean.

They need fridges in each room and free bottle water!

Great location, room was OK. There was no real water pressure in the shower and the shower stall itself was disgusting. It looked like it was never cleaned as you could see the layer of soap residue everywhere. Definitely use your sandals when taking a shower. I most likely will not return to this hotel.

The convenience of being close to beach and the pools was excellent. Staff were friendly. The. Water for drinking was excellent. Restaurant was excellent and especially the fruit and juices were excellent. Lounge chairs were not very comfortable without cushions on them . Noisy bar with loud music on weekend was not good. Prices for rooms are getting expensive for average person, or pensioners.
