Hotel Villa Mexicana

Rented 4 rooms ac in all the rooms barely blew cold air, tried getting them to fix it but wasn’t any better. One room had roaches, and wasn’t to clean. Front desk charges fees for any little thing. Property is in a great location by a nice beach but I’d rather stay somewhere else next time

Overall good. Not as clean as I would expect. Staff were great and grounds were beautiful.

Very attentive staff, great service. Food in restaurant was very good. They would also bring you food and drink to your lounge chairs...clean, friendly

The property is on the older side but well maintained. The beach is steps away from Playa Ropa. The only down fall is there is no ice machine on the premises and no refrigerator in the rooms.

Beautiful well maintained property. Tanya at the front desk very helpful and proffessional All maintentance staff friendly. Food in the restaurant good for breakfast, overcooked for supper and more expensive than surrounding places. especially beer and alcohol. Only recommendation would be have a mini fridge in the rooms. And expedia shouldn't promise king size beds with ocean views they have only five on site. .

Staff was beyond great

Paid high to stay.. no coffee maker or fridge . Food drink prices were high & u couldn't drink your own.
