The room didn't have cups, or extra towels. The soap broke into little pieces immediately. The TV kept glitching. There was trash near the elevator. There were people in the parking lot who made me uncomfortable.

Convient for us. Nice size refrigerator.

1 roll of toilet paper FREE for 3 people every 7 days. Of course we bought our own from Walmart.

Rooms were dirty, found roach in the one room, toilet wouldn't flush in another room, cigarette burn home in bed sheets and comforter, burn mark on the outside of the electrical panel box in the one room, under the bed in the one room or was not clean, the door to another room was not in good condition, you could see the outside from inside the room for to the door needing fixed, couldn't get into another room. We rented three rooms for our family trip, all rooms were disgusting!! The fire extinguisher on the second floor did not have glass on the door to retrieve the extinguisher anyone could walk off with the extinguisher and who knows if it may have been tampered with. The siding on the building was ducted trapped over a part, phone jack was coming out of the wall. I would never recommend anyone to stay at any Red Roof Inn's.

Booking.com contacted the property to get their comment on my review, the property management lied to booking.com about everything that I complained about, making me and my family out to be liars. We never stayed at hometown studios we got our security deposit back within the hour of arriving at the property. Management stated we stayed there, We booked another hotel that same night and stayed at this other hotel. Do not use booking.com they lied also. If we stayed at hometown studios like management stated we did then why did that property within the hour we were there refund me my security deposit right away? Because we did not stay there!! I have receipts bank statements to prove I am right and they are wrong!! Booking.com stated that day we arrived at hometown studios red roof inn maple shade NJ that after our complaint and dissatisfaction of the property booking said we were definitely going to receive a full refund 0f $300. Booking later responds that they are taking the side of the property and no refund will be given. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM they lied and do not support the customer and if you go to the actual hotels web site when booking a hotel you'll find that booking.com is not the cheaper way to go. The hotels prices are better than booking.coms

The first thing you notice is the funky smell! Room is filthy and the floor is sticky! Do not go without shoes!

The staff were rude and unhelpful. Floors are filthy and the smell is unbearable!
