Staff were not helpful and service was absolutely terrible! The room was not clean and has an acrid, nasty odor!

The property was quiet and clean.

Enjoyed it but no pots and pans to cook

The bathroom was daring the sheets was yellow

Really nothing

Didn't return the security deposit as promise

Front desk was helpful. Room was okay but needed to be cleaned better…. Room had old damp smell…. Shower could have been cleaned better hair on wall of shower….. not enough towels and washcloths ( 1 washcloth, 1/2 towel and 1 full towel)….. pillows uncomfortable/flat

nothing outstanding either good or bad,i dont like spending big money on motels as i dont need anything other than clean safe place to stay..it did all that..

Need to clean every where in the room and Outside of room, need to use Equipements for smoke. When i booked reservation i called to receptionist and confirm with Tina that its a 100% smoke free motel but when i reached whole property had smoking smell, even i changed 3 rooms then i got little room with not a too much smoking smell, i didn't sleep all night because of bugs and little smoking smell even flloor was too much sticky, housekeepers did not clean microwave and fridge properly, curtains were so dirty its a terrible experience in my life and i decided that in future i will not going to use any motel who own by redroof
