Scandic Stuttgart Europaviertel (Neueröffnung/Reopening)

A good overall experience. The staff very friendly and welcoming. I especialy appreciated the pictures in the rooms with Porsche museum. The only bad point was the parking. It doesn't say anywhere before booking it's 12E/day. You only find out just before taking the car out.

The hotel is close to town and subway. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself is a small walk from the Metro station and right next spot to the brand new shopping centre (which itself is worth a look). It's simpiy not worth paying double the price to be in the old town when this place is so well connected and such good value. It's one stop from the main railway station on the Metro or you can walk it.

good hotel, not a huge stand out but nothing amazing either

I have never complained in my life about a hotel until now. Paid 130 euros for the night and we were given a fold away bed from the wall on springs. We paid based on pictures and understanding that we ordered a queen bed. Staff made us feel terrible for complaining and told us it was inconveniencing them by asking for a proper bed which we had paid 130 euros for. Worsened by two different staff members entering our room very early in the morning on two seperate occasions . No knock!! Made us feel very un-safe. This is supposed to be a global company with a service reputation. Extremely disappointed.

Nice clean hotel, pleasing staff all around. Rooms are small though, even for Germany but comfortable. Not sure why there are no mini bars in them.

Nothing was closed to the hotel! about 25 min to the centre! the hotel itself is nice and clean

Located within close distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Very nice staff and plenty of parking. Rooms are great and nicely updated.

Stayed here over a long weekend. The hotel is clean and fairly modern. We didn't take breakfast as it seemed a little expensive at 18 Euros per person. Unfortunately we didn't find out about the ground floor sun terrace and outdoor seating until too late. Room cleaning was good, would have liked more tea facilities i.e. more milk and tea bags, ideally the room would have had a fridge to keep beer and milk in. Otherwise very good and would stay again.
