Stayed here for one night on two separate occasions, clean, decent breakfast. Main attraction for us was the Mexican restaurant next door.

Personnel parlant français, point positif ne parlant pas français, très serviable, un super séjour, rien à redire!

Everything was okey. We arrive early before 15:00 and was a big women yelling at someone by phone in de desk, we wait for 5 minutes and she keeps yelling. So we decide to go and came later then around 15:30 and then was another lady very kind, gently and helpfull. Next day when we check out was again the unfriendly big blond lady and ask me to pay again the parking . Lucky i had my ticket with me.

Es war toll. Das Hotel ist zwar ansich etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wird aber gerade modernisiert. Unser Zimmer war riesig und wir hatten einen großen Balkon. Das Frühstück war toll und das Personal ausserordentlich freundlich. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Für eine Nacht gebucht! Gute Lage! Abwicklung unkompliziert!

A typical chain hotel, not too far from the railway station with a very friendly and helpful lady in the reception. A good place for a one night stopover with a fine breakfast. The room was ok, but the bathroom and especially the shower cabin was very small. My rating of 4 is based on comparision with other chain hotels.

Stayed here for business-checked in 11.00pm and it took 30mins to go through their antiquated system and was then charged for the complete week. Receptionist was the rudest I had encountered especially for such a chain. Would not explain how to access internet. Refurbished rooms are ok although shower is tiny. Breakfast was more like a hostel than a large chain hotel. Finding the parking entrance was extremely tricky with the grumpy, rude receptionist not offering ANY assistance. A/C was quiet and efficient All in all I would not stay here again. I preferred hotel on outskirts of saarbruecken than this place

Wir haben für eine Übernachtung nach einer Wanderung ein Hotel gesucht, bei dem auch unsere Hunde willkommen waren. Das Hotel liegt recht zentral (das Schloss ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar), Parken vor dem Haus ist tagsüber (ab 8 Uhr) kostenpflichtig, nachts kostenfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut bestückt und hatte viel Auswahl, aber die Brötchen waren nicht wirklich frisch, sondern sehr trocken - da haben wir für 11 Euro mehr erwartet. Das Personal an Rezeption und Frühstücksraum war sehr freundlich. Zur Zeit finden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, auf die auch mit Schildern im Aufzug hingewiesen wird. Unsere Nacht war um 7.30 Uhr zu Ende, als Handwerker direkt vor unserem Zimmerfenster ihre Arbeit aufgenommen haben.

Little overpriced for what it is. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great but there is something missing for this value... staff is not to friendly, they could just say hi when crosing reception instead of we always first saying hi...
