"Good"

The Hotel has spent lavishly on the exterior and reception area but the rooms are the same as they were 50 years back. The staff lacks finesse of a 5 star property. You pay 5 star prices for a 3 star hotel.

"Worth Stay at Sahara"

Faced worst experience at Sahara Star and i decided not to book the same Hotel again for my business travel but Mr. Salil Fadnis convinced me to change little things internally and will try to provide me best possible service in my next business trip. I booked Sahara Star again and found complete change in services for which i was impressed. Its always nice to see that some people are very careful towards customer approach. Thanks Mr. Salil, hope to see you during my upcoming stay at Sahara Star.

Big and bold but three star at best. Restaurant and bar grossly over priced for India. Very limited Expedia benefits so no obvious point in staying here or indeed using Expedia. Handy for airport but nothing else worthwhile nearby.

"Worst Stay at Sahara Star "

Pathetic service by Sahara Star, wash basin tap was non operational and platform is all wet due to leakage from tap. Bath tub was all sticky, power plugs was in such a worst condition that I took 15 mins to connect my iPhone charger. While setting up my charger power was tripped and it took 20-25 mins to send technician after 2 calls were made to raise complaint. At such a higher price it is not acceptable. I think Hotels.com should discuss this with Sahara Star and get the refund for this night for me. I have been staying in the same Hotel since long time and at least made bookings more than 4 times but faced such issue for first time.

"Exceptional"

The hotel is amazing! great location 5 mins drive from airport with great breakfast selection. Jaydeep the duty manager was really helpful on my stay and really helped me feel comfortable after a very long flight. Definitely would stay here again.
