The room was exceptional : the massive curved windows and retractable blinds; the large size; the stylish work desk; the bathroom spacious (no bath which is a good choice; and the bed was very comfortable.

Stay was good but staffs were not professional (Mr rohit at reception ) .In my booking it was mentioned all my food within the hotel has 20% discount but this was not given at all unless i mentioned even with that they took hell lot of time to check and confirm and didnt provide at all but later gave with struggle .the shuttle bus mentioned free for my booking and they charged me for it approx. 1200 inr in fact it was just 5-10 min drive too expensive .hopefully i will not stay there further and will not recommend others .even i had booked for another room which i gave to my friend didn't cancel hoping to help them all gone in vain

Overall the stay was amazing and the hospitality great. Sandesh who helped me with checkin and my baggage was amazing. One thing which I found not that great was meals were highly over priced and not value for money.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel, excellent property & very friendly staff.

The property is well thought off, the rooms facing the lagoon has a nice feel to it. I wished the rooms were better laid out including the bathroom which didn't have a stand in shower. Also the room i had was a long walk from the elevator. Even the carpet in the hallway was disgusting.

The staff are awesome, and always went beyond to make sure that the stay was amazing. The property is an awesome polo like round building and our bedroom was facing " inside" the hotel - from our balcony we would look down at the visually impressive lagoon and numerous bars/ eateries ...... stunning view! Breakfast offered so many options, and all the food - except the bacon- was just so tasty ....... Find the pool, it takes you away from the mayhem of the City .............. warning, it is not a quiet area, but it is tranquil, you can hear the traffic, but this just added to the experience.

Hotel is beautiful. Well placed near the airports. However the restaurants in the hotel were very pricey . Suggestions to the hotel management- to give a discount for hotel residents to ensure all restaurants have clientele. Staff were all very welcoming and looked after us well.
