Friendly helpful staff, good sized room, lovely breakfast with great view & fantastic swimming pool

Room was a little bit cold & no thermostat but was warm enough once in bed. Had to ask for more tea making items because not refreshed when room serviced

The staff were polite.

The hot tubs didn't look very clean. Not enough changing rooms with privacy. Doors slamming during the evening as people went to the spa. Room too close to the exit door for the spa.
