Faucets on bathrooms leaking water and I made a claim and nobody fix this

La piscina es sensacional! Sumamente limpio todo! El.desayuno exquisito y el personal muy atento y amables!

De verdad no tengo nada negativo que decir! Excelente todo!

La piscina , grande estaba sucia y los postres estaba duro con los bizcocho

No incluye desayuno y no te dan promoción como huésped tampoco para utilizar en el restaurante El Castillo.

Tuve problemas con la ducha del baño, la cerradura de la puerta. Todo te lo quieren cobrar adicional, hasta los cups de café que antes colocaban libre de costo.

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences my family and I have had. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room in the older tower (only this tower is provided through booking). The room had a strong mildew odor, visible signs of moisture-related damage, damaged furniture, and overall appeared poorly maintained. Because my child has allergies, the odor and condition of the room immediately raised concerns. To the hotel’s credit, staff attempted to accommodate us by moving us to a different room in the same building. However, the second room had similar issues, including an unpleasant odor and cleanliness concerns. We also noticed dehumidifiers throughout the hallways, which added to our concerns regarding moisture and air quality in the building. As a result, we checked out immediately and did not stay overnight. Despite not using the room, we were charged for the first night. I submitted photographs and multiple emails documenting the issues and requesting assistance, but I never received a response from hotel management. Booking.com ultimately provided a credit, for which I am grateful, but the hotel itself did not address my concerns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel but if you are considering this property, I strongly recommend researching carefully and requesting detailed information about the specific tower and room type you will be assigned before booking. The condition of the old tower, the smell of mildew throughout the building, what appears to be mold in the rooms, not maintained, low lightning throughout hallway, not cleaned well, broken furniture, paint chipped, broken elevator.. overall uninhabitable conditions.
