Habitación sucia (pelo de otras personas en todo el baño , comida en el piso , sábanas manchadas , tuve que ir 5 veces al lobby a cambiar la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación , problemas con el acceso al estacionamiento

Clean, beautiful pool.

Beds could be a bit cozier. Better pillows and blankets.

To start the elevator was not working the four days that we stayed. My mother had knee surgery and had to take the stairs for everything. The beds were hard. There’s only one HARD pillow for person. No extra pillows or bedding. They had a coffee maker but without coffee, sugar and cups to make. No working outlets. There’s no benefit to stay here. The hotel have pool and slide area open to the public, witch is good but as a guest it make no sense. They don’t open it early to the guests or late at night. As a guest you can’t find where to seat. To us it was a nightmare
