Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Folsom

The Desk Staff(BOTH Check In and Check Out) were Phenomenal and VERY Accommodating. The Facility was Fairly Quiet and Ample. The Kitchen Element really added to the Ambience. The Continental Breakfast Selections were Very Reasonable and Satisfying. There were Continual Cleaning throughout the Facility which testified to it being Well maintained. It appears The Cleaning/ Maintenance Staff may be deserving of a Raise. The uniqueness Of This Brand was That it Was Locked and Secured At Night This was a Special Occasion as it Was Our Anniversary

There weren't ANYTHING noticeable That We DID NOT LIKE.

Had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. Both for check-in and especially for check-out. Why is the front desk so empty? Lol. I thought the front desk is a priority for hotels? The walk from the elevator to my room smelled bad. The TV did not work and the alarms weren’t reset by staff so previous persons time woke me up. Oh, and I turned the kitchen faucet on and a nasty smell would come from it. The bed was very comfortable, solid 6/5. Final score of 2/5.

The front desk was excellent. However if you are not on the top floor you can forget about sleeping! The walls and floors are not sound proof. The only time we slept was when the people above were sleeping or not in the room.

Excellent value. Large, clean, quiet room. Good kitchen area.

Bathroom is a bit on the small side. Breakfast is very limited.
