I felt welcome. Staff; desk and crew were professional and courteous. Hotel is well-maintained and I feel like I got my money's worth. I love the thoughtful design of the rooms.

I can't think of anything I'd change.

I booked this hotel due to its high rating but i would NOT stay here again. As soon as we pulled into the area- there were homeless people everywhere. I went to the frontdesk and there was no one to be seen at the desk or in hotel. No one answered the phone- a lady finally came out & mentioned she had a lot of paperwork to do & doesnt look at the cameras. The room was overall clean but old. There was some black spots/ mold in the shower and the room had a smell to it. The bed felt like you were just laying on a bedframe. Overall- I would not recommend this place unless looking for something cheap & quick visit.
