They gave me a shoddy basement room which had no window and had a damp smell. Very reluctantly they changed my room. It didn't feel you are staying in a hotel, it was like an inn where staff would ring your bell for random reason and have no concept of privacy. I had stayed for one night only and if I were to stay for another night, I would not have felt comfortable.

Location is good. Also the staff is cooperative

The breakfast was horrible. Bedsheets and linen used in the room was very old. Hot water was not properly heated. The colours used on the wall in the lobby area first floor are very dark and makes it look spooky place.

The location is very upscale and safe. Came for a Visa interview so closer to the US embassy. Room was spacious
