Location is quite nice

Rat in my en-suite bathroom was a major detractor, together with the largely unapologetic response of staff. The rat likely entered through a ceiling hatch in the bathroom that was left open. Breakfast also poor, particularly given fairly elevated price of room.

Breakfast is not included for this price Rs12.4k. I did not think that is value for money.

I paid the bill in cash when I checked in. The amount was slightly more and they did not have enough cash to give as change. I was told they will return the balance the next day when I check out. They did not. There is no communication between managers of different shifts. I was on room 108. That is directly above the restaurant. Lot of noise till late night. Not conducive. I did not expect this as I booked a suite.

My suite was very clean, the staff were very kind and accommodating and the location was perfect

There was water flowing continuously in the toilet seat

A small hotel with a soul, and the best thing is that it has a small bar with great personal.

They don't have restaurant after 11-00 pm

Das Hotel Diplomat in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, hat uns rundum überzeugt. Das Boutique-Hotel bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr guten Service und eine hervorragende Lage. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt äußerst zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Am Hotel Diplomat in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, gab es eigentlich nichts, was uns missfallen hat. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, sodass wir keinerlei Kritikpunkte nennen können. Ein wirklich rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.
