"Good"

air conditioning in the room not working properly, so hot inside the bedroom. The toilet cannot flush properly and same situation happen in the sink.

"Old hotel but convenient "

The hotel is old, all carpets are stained (corridor and inside room), breakfast was ok, they do not replace empty dishes fast enough to meet demand! The location is great: metro is right by the hotel. There are abundant eating places around (even a Mcdonald- right next to the hotel).

Very out dated, half of the lightbulbs didn’t work. Everything is in poor condition. When we were at check in, they asked if we want to pay $42 more for a modern room of the same size. I said it didn’t say that on the website, they said they would never advertised that on the site. Very uncomfortable stay overall.

"Service has rooms for improvement "

time to renovate most of the rooms which are very old if which to remain star-rated ! only location is good with 2 metro lines next to hotel. was requested to upgrade to new room with extra cost ! should have offered out of courtesy because first impression counts !
