"star rating is not right"

room was in very bad condition. How does this hotel get it's star rating so high? bathroom smelled bad and room was very old. breakfast buffet food was always wiped out before we got there.

"Do not recommend Rosedale hotel. "

Room is very much run down. Carpets are filthy, wallpaper is Peeling . Room has strong stinky and moldy smell that is healthy harsh. Hotel had changed 3 rooms for me but all rooms are the same terrible condition . But at least the staffs were willing to change room for me.

"Bad smelling hotel"

I requested a smoke free room, but was given a room that was contaminated with a very heavy smoking smell. After complaining, front desk clerk up-graded me to another smoke-free room, but this room was also contaminated with smoke coming out from the ventilation system. I had to turn the air circulation off to cut down on the bad smell entering the room. There were ash trays next to the elevators on every floors. I just don't understand why hotel management can't do a better job to run a healthy cleaner air hotel.
