Rosedale Hotel and Suites Guangzhou

Upon check-in we were attended by a young looking, unfriendly boy at the reception who glued his eyes on his computer screen while speaking to us. Unlike the grand and presentable lobby, the rooms were a great disappointment. Everything in the room looked so old and even a part of the wallpaper was torn. I guess it's time for the hotel to do some upgrading!

Hotel is very old and the service is sub par. The hotel is super old!

Stayed at the Rosedale for one evening. Not much attention had been given to cleaning the room. There were crumbs on the bedside table and toe nail clippings on the floor. Would not recommend staying here.

During my stay Temperature is about 8 degree & the heated in the room didn't work!

Very shabby rooms. Disinterested staff. Beds very very hard. Stains on carpet and shower dirty.

This is one of the nicest hotels in the Guangzhou area. Using hotels.com, I was able to book at an extremely affordable rate. The hotel in general is very clean. The rooms have everything you need including a safe, hairdryer, mini fridge, and TV. Each morning, at around 8/9am, there's a lady who knocks on the door and asks if you need laundry done and then cleans your room, replaces toiletries, etc. Check out process was very fast. They have a gym, sauna and swimming pool on the second floor. I would definitely stay there again for the same price.

Surrounding is good, with Walmart next door and many eaterly outlet.

ACCEPTED THE HOTEL ROOMS ESPECIALY TOULESTS ARE WORN OUT USED TO BE MUCH BETTER

Old room, dirty carpet, hard bed, shower noise is loud, you can hear next door water is running very loudly when they are taking shower, you can hear people upstairs walk as well. I booked a delux room but they put me right next to the elevator which you can hear the elevator going up and down in your room, I requested to have my room change, they said my room type are fully booked and they have room with two beds, I said ok but at the end I noticed that they put me on a cheapee room type without reimbursed me because I booked thur Orbitz and it was prepaid. Hotel staff at the check in counter are mean, no smile, no greeting. Super slow check in and out process.
