Service Plus Inns and Suites

Hot tub was nice. Descent free breakfast Staff were pleasant

I didn't enjoy the breakfast hours, they closed at 9:30, and we got in from a late flight at 2am so that required us to get up very early. With a checkout of 12pm the breakfast should be open longer. Also, the eggs were the worst i've ever eaten, very watery.

When i checked in i asked for a top room floor, because we checked in very late (like 2 am) from a late flight and i didn't want to be below anyone waking up early. Well they couldn't accomodate and then of course there was people above us who got up at 5:30 am and banged around for an hour, so i got very little sleep. I complained to the front desk at like 8 am and they asked if i wanted to move, but i was up by then. I just would have liked to have been given a top floor at check in(especially cause the hotel was only like a third full).

Location

Tub doesn’t drain right away. When taking a shower there’s usally an inch or two of water and then it would take a few minutes to drain.

It was okay

It didn’t have gluten free bread

Fair hot breakfast good. Great coffee. Good location near shops.

Bathroom door to close to toilet. Bathroom fan not exhausting air out.
