Front desk staff was awesome. Breakfast was hot and filling.

Noisy people standing outside my window yapping and carrying on all night. Got no sleep

Stay was okay, discovered mold on bathroom ceiling above toilet.

Of my four night stay my room was only made up twice....and that is after I went to the front desk to request the service. Check out was not pleasant as I asked for some compensation for not having my room made up half the time I was there and the staff member was quite curt with me. Not a pleasant experience to be sure.

Hot tub and slide both out of service, bed was uncomfortable, rooms had a funky smell.

I booked my room March 3rd, was messaged and told the slide was out of order until March 9th which was fine as our stay was March 27-29th upon arrival i was informed that the slide was still out of order but the pool and hot tub were operational...fine. but then my children and I had went down to go and swim, only to find out the hot tub was out of order as well. So we said fine atleast we can swim, we lasted maybe 20 minutes as the pool was ice cold had to spend an extra 20 minutes in the change room shower trying to warm up just to get to our room. Not impressed at all, ruined the trip for my children as we do not have a pool in our home community so hotels with pools are their favorite as they love to swim.

Location was just off of the main road so nice and quiet.

The walls were very thin and I could hear everyone in surrounding and above rooms getting up.
