A special thanks to Ashwathy and Gayathri for their warmth and outstanding hospitality. Ashwathy went above and beyond by arranging a beautiful surprise birthday decoration in our room for our daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her special day even more memorable. Seeing her excitement was priceless, and it’s a memory our family will cherish for years to come. The room, amenities, food, and overall ambiance were all top-notch, but what truly sets this property apart is its people. Their genuine care and commitment to creating memorable experiences made our stay extraordinary. Thank you to the entire team at The Leela Kovalam for making our celebration so special. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leela Kovalam. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, their warm hospitality and attention to detail have left an indelible fondness etched in our memories of Kerala. Our butler Sri Ram, the team in the club lounge and cafe and housekeeping made sure our stay was an effortless enjoyment, an art form that deserves recognition. Definitely recommend the club rooms, the views from the Royal Club Suite were cinematic and the room was well appointed and well maintained.

The most beautiful location and the ambience is soo good. House keeping staff kept the rooms and the services very quick. Miss Sunitha & Miss Anamika did a very great job.
