Had a wonderful stay at The Leela Kovalam. The Club Suites are exceptionally well located, offering breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea and making the most of this beautiful property. A special thank you to Saurabh Agarwal and his team at The Café. Saurabh's personal attention, warmth, and ability to anticipate guest needs elevated every dining experience. His leadership is clearly reflected in the consistently high standards of service delivered by the team. Sijin, our driver, was a tremendous help throughout our stay—professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. A mention as well to Sanjana, our butler, for her support and assistance. What truly sets The Leela apart is the genuine hospitality of its people. Every interaction was warm, courteous, and thoughtful. We leave with wonderful memories and look forward to returning.

"From Zero to Hundred"

What started off as a disaster, slowly turned into a very pleasant stay. I won’t dive into the details that infuriated me during the first day of our 3 nights, 4 days stay. But eventually it was all fabulous thanks to some very kind individuals at the hotel. A special shout out to Reshma - the rooms director, Saurabh from the lounge cafe, the executive chef Rajeev, and last but not least the F&B manager, Naveen at Terrace, Romy at the Spa and Sheetal our very kind and pleasant butler. A special shout out also goes to the security guards who always have a smile on their face, and it didn’t go unnoticed. Will be back soon! If you end up going here - don’t forget to spend some time by the lounge pool, the library and the living room hidden in the property! The views from there are divine!

We stayed in Leela palace with family and kids. Great stay on a mountain cliff overseeing arabian sea. This review I want to mention the spa in Leela palace. I took Back massage and the therapist Vishak done excellent back massage with aromatic oil and fluid smooth. Refreshing overall. Thanks to Vishak for the good therapeutic spa.
