The Leela Kovalam, A Raviz Hotel

Had an amazing experience at the Leela Kovalam. A huge seafront property with stunning views, lots of walking space, attentive staff, delicious food, and overall excellence. The expanse and variety of sea views that this property offers are exclusive and cannot be found elsewhere. The buffets at the Terrace were delicious. Chef Somnath was very hospitable and took extra care to satisfy preferences. All the sous chefs and waiters were also very responsive and gracious. Special thanks to sous chefs Arjun Kumar, and Mir. The music played all over the property was soothing, and the decor, interiors, and gardens were lovely. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping services were also great and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Hotel staff at all levels were attentive and ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Aji, Sudheer, Reshma, Ankan, Neetha, et al.

A few improvements can be made. The gym had great views but the equipment needs to be upgraded. The chairs placed in some rooms had great design but are not that comfortable, and I had to ask for a replacement, that was promptly provided. Overall, one of the most impressive hotels that I've ever stayed in.

Excellent resort. Fantastic location with a priviate beach. Swimming pools were really well maintained. Service was extraordinary at every place. Breakfast was great too. Experienced some great service at all ameneties.

The staff was amazingly gracious and well informed. Especially the butler service given to the club suite residents was great.. Sanjana took good care of us.
