I went in expecting White Lotus. What I got felt closer to a Holiday Inn. To be fair, I’m reviewing this as a Westerner used to certain amenities and service levels. The primary clientele here are Indians who use the facility in different ways. That said, in a climate this hot, sitting by the pool was uncomfortable. At comparable resorts, you’d expect misters to keep things cool and a poolside bar with cocktails to make it enjoyable. There was none of that. The rooms, however, were lovely. In fact, they were so comfortable that I spent most of my time there, as it was the only consistently well air-conditioned space in the hotel. The food was primarily Indian fare and mostly buffet-style. Getting a menu was difficult, and getting someone’s attention to order from the menu or even get a tea or an Americano was often a struggle. I would also skip the “Pan-Asian” restaurant on the beach. The food there was forgettable. If you do choose to stay here, there’s one tip that makes a big difference: book a club room. It’s essentially a hotel within a hotel, with a beautiful infinity pool, a private restaurant, two libraries, a private gym, and upgraded rooms. It’s not a huge premium, but it completely changes the experience. But the views here are incredible. It looks idyllic.

Eigener Strand, schöner Pool. Flughafentransfer mit Lunchpaket für sehr günstigen Preis. Gerne wieder und absolut zu empfehlen!

This hotel is always delivering the best of the best in Trivandrum. I am a returning customer and not once have they let me down. Amazing food, drinks and best views of kovalam. Even the house keeping does such a great job. Sunil and team(house keeping) does a clean and thorough job. Will definitely return!!
