We love the pool, the buffet breakfast is good but a tad expensive. The room was clean, and the hotel always looks wonderful during the holidays. We look forward to our visit every Christmas season.

The indoor hot tub was not hot and it would have been nice to have a table of towels but we understand why not.

Cost of dining was higher than expected . Was not offered 14 and under deal until the last breakfast. Food was good.

Spider down from ceiling in room. Second floor hallways at notch view had multiple spider webs,. Needs a good vacuuming

The restaurant waiter was great. The hot tub and pool was nice. The surroundings were beautiful and the outside property (flowers, lawn) were well kept.

The desk person had a bad attitude about our booking with a 3rd party. This needs to be addressed. I hesitate to book through booking.com. This is my 2nd experience with this attitude. Our room was in the mezzanine which could use an upgrade. They probably put all 3rd party guests in these rooms.

"Simpático hotel con vista a una pequeña laguna"

la vista del hotel frente al laguna, si es que te dan una habitación frente a la laguna.

Nos dieron un cuarto en un sector ubicado al otro lado del hotel , para llegar tenías que cruzar la autopista. Pensamos que nos darían habitaciones frente al lago , pero no fue asi. No había desayuno incluido. Se tiene que pagar para subir a la torre desde la cual se tienen vistas muy lindas del lago y alrededores. Creo que no deberían cobrar a los huespedes.
