"Salle de bain salle"

La politesse des réceptionniste et l'emplacement de l'hôtel par rapport au Futuroscope.

Salle de bain salle avec moisissure et crasse dans la douche. On a essayé de changer de chambre, mais c'était pareil pour la deuxième. Clairement le nettoyage n'est pas fait par les professionnels d'entretien au niveau des douches c'est même certain.

Location

Room was extremely warm during some Indian summer days. Hotel advertised air conditioning. After checking into room, air con not working. Unbearably warm. Window was on a very busy street. Staff said aircon was not available in October although no conditions listed in their booking.com listing. We asked for refund but they said they wouldn’t charge us & we needed to contact booking.com. (No clear way to contact booking.com). Dirty & torn rugs in reception area.
