Hotel propre ,bien situé. Chambre et équipements correct

Petit déjeuner cher pour ce qui est présent. Peu de variétés pas de yaourt pas de fuit frais hormis des pommes et une salade de fruits !! La machine à café et thé ne fonctionne pas .o lige de descendre la bouilloire de la chambre

le lit est confortable

Où sont les standards de Mercure? Cet hôtel fait manifestement trop d'efforts sur les coûts, au détriment de l'expérience client 1) Accueil : 1 seule personne à l'accueil en début de soirée, donc aucune réponse quand on sonne depuis le parking, il faut appeler le 05... pour qu equelqu'iun décroche 2) Séjour de 2 nuits, chambre pas refait et serviettes pas changées aprè sla première nuit : il parait que l'accueil du jour 1 aurait du me proposer qu'on ne refasse pas ma chambre, car séjour court; (i) ceci ce m'a pas été proposé (ii) il semble que tout est programmé pour que les chambres ne soient pas refaites, je pense qu'il faudrait faire l'inverse, cad obtenir le consentement explicite du client poiur que la prestation soit suspendue. 2bis) Il a fallu 30' à la personne (seule) à l'accueil pour trouver 2 serviettes propres. 3) Serviettes en fin de vie, dignes d'un 2* 4) Batiment fatigué (tapis d'acceuil déchiré, huisseries de portes dans la chambre 210 écaillées, entrée porte sur parking bloquée et ascenseur de ce côté en panne)

Pas de ménage fait dans la chambre entre les deux nuits. Fermer le lit ou vider la poubelle sont les éléments de base qu’on peut attendre lorsqu’on réserve une chambre d’hôtel plutôt qu’une location touristique. Sous prétexte de Clé Verte, l’hôtel fait des économies sur le dos des clients.
