Horrible pillows too noisy but you get what you pay for

The worst hotel I've ever been to for real. Everything is broken, literally like everything. They don't have anything even the towels. My sincere Stay away from there.

The motel advertised was not the motel we arrived to. First 2 rooms we received were unbelievably horrible. One room was ready for our stay and we arrived to find 2 beer bottles on the nightstand, and no bed sheets. Our other room was found with holes in the sheets and curtains. Mold in the toilet. After notifying the reception desk, we were issued another room and this room was more unsafe than the first. The bottom of the door was so damaged that the bottom was not flush with the door jam. We could see through the gap to the outside. Our view from our window to the inside pool was a hole in the ground that looked like a giant storage room with trash that has been abandoned for years. The 3 rooms i encountered all had holes in the walls. I thought i walked into a nightmare and it was the longest 30 minutes of my life. I could not get out of this dumpster fast enough, however i was stuck at the reception desk behind the other 20 people complaining and demanding a refund . If youre going to advertise pictures of this motel to reserve, please show the real pictures of what to expect. That way others dont go the hassle and fright that my family went through! HORRIBLE. This place should be shut down.

I waited at checkin for 15 minutes before the manager drove up and opened the door. I was given two cheap sorry towel to take to the room. No washcloth. I got settled in the room and there was no remote control for the TV. I called the front desk. No answer. The smoke alarm chirped all night. No answer from the front desk. This was the worst motel I have stayed at in a long time.

Room was dirty. Pool was not open and not cleaned. Staff are not so friendly. It was a quiet place. Gas station next door along with Starbucks.

That was the scariest hotel I have stayed in in my life. Looks nothing like the photos!!!! The smoke detector was pulled out and replaced with napkins shoved into the hole, there were multiple stains on all the sheets and pillow cases, the AC was so loud, anytime anyone in the nearby rooms talked or slammed their doors, the whole building would shake. The lamps didn’t have any bulbs, there was flies everywhere, the bathroom had weird red stains (maybe hair dye or something?) and it was just absolutely awful and scary being there. Had to use our own blankets from our car because it felt so unclean being there. If I wasn’t there for just 6-7 hours to sleep on a road trip, I definitely would have gone somewhere else. For the price they charge you, this hotel is NOT worth it. Oh- and sketchy people are always loitering in the area so it feels unsafe getting out of your car just to enter the sketchy front lobby!!!! Wish I could get a refund for how terrible that experience was. Even the hotel staff was telling us how unsafe the area is and how crummy the hotel is. There is no fridge and no microwave there for the two queen bed rooms. The rooms smell funky. And there is no breakfast available at the hotel. The lack of breakfast is something I was aware of but they have images of coffee makers in the hotel description and even that wasn’t provided to us. Terrible experience and I regretted taking my family and two young daughters there.

Saw motel off freeway. Decided to stop. When we exited this was the first motel to our right as we exited so we ended up going there. My mother was very tired. She’s elderly, tired, ankles swollen. it was female manager . We paid for the night plus a $50 deposit for no smoking in the room ,which you forfeit if you do. We Do not smoke! I signed all the paperwork and everything paid for the room. She was like here are your towels, which was 2 yellow, dingy, off-white looking towels seem like they used it for rags to clean or wipe the floor that’s all dirty looking and stained! We asked where were the hand towels and wash clothes? She said they didn’t have any, but It was one washcloth that was like very thin and look like it was used to wipe something like. It looked more like a cleaning rag . we declined. We got to room #110. It was a two queen bed room. As soon as we open the door, it smelled like smoke! I was like I gotta go back and tell them because I want my deposit back! My mother was like the toilet don’t flush. It was clogged with toilet paper and feces!!!! I go back up to the front to tell her. She offered us the only other room she said on the 1st level . It was room #104, king size bed. That was a little better but I’m just ready to get out of here , The air conditioner worked that was fine. Eventually wash my hands , iLooks like it could’ve been pubic hair or facial hair like from shaving. It was like at least three pieces on the sink. Out side people was walking around all night like the neighborhood where the drug addicts/ alcoholics hang around all night. People just look like they have nowhere else to go just hanging around the parking lot. I really felt uncomfortable and unsafe. That was not a good feeling. I took my long ice cooler and my truck bed extender off the back of my truck and I put it between the door and the dresser to block it. That’s how unsafe I felt. I’ve never felt at any point in time as long as I’ve stayed at other hotels/motels, I’ve never felt the need to do that before. I was ready for whoever came through that door!! I slept bad! A couple of hours total. I kept waking up. We got there around little after 9pm and we left at 5 AM. Had to red bumps got bit while I slept. It was a roach on the dresser! Instead of giving me $50 back I got $47- $20+$10+$5.x2, $1.x7. The $3. Wasn’t worth going back!. I would never ever ever stay here again, even if it was free!!

Falsely advertised a pool and breakfast. Cockroaches in all five rooms they showed me. Refused a refund after I found out that I door wouldn’t lock. Moved rooms to another horrible room. Bed stains, ripped sheets, bugs and debris. Children found a shredded up cigar inside of bed sheets along with hairs and stains. Upon check in the front desk agent told me the names and nationalities and races of the guests staying around me to “make me feel safe”. Then front desk had me get towels for room out of maid quarters dryer. Towels handed to me in a bundle and not enough to function in the room (no bath mat, wash clothes, only bath towels with had large yellows stains on them). Then the management came a knocked aggressively on our door at 11pm while we were sleeping and accused me of breaking into the room. They claimed they had police on the way and they did not care about any of the problems from earlier that night. We felt very unsafe after that so I did not sleep. Children were exhausted and refund was denied so we had no choice but to stay after a 10 hour drive from Dallas. Spoke to manager at front desk in the morning and he told me he didn’t care about our issues. He even raised his voice at me.
