i wish to cancel on the day check in, homeless too many outside and talking to loud at the night time , no refirator, no microway, no hot water

Had to change rooms 4 times. First time the door wouldnt lock, second room the heating unit was broke. Third room the tv screen was shattered. Never had hot water. No wifi. The area is crawling with homeless. Sketchy people stayed there. One had a homemade cardboard sign taped to his door with profanity warning not to knock. People coming in and out of rooms all night. Do not bring a family to stay here. If you want to have some good stories to tell and you feel lucky your car wont get broken into, go for it. Bring protection.

Rooms were very nice and bed comfortable- were able to bring pets and that is great.doggie area and great walking areas. Was very quiet. Front desk were very accomadating. Enjoy stopping always on the waY to Colorado. Breakfast could use little variety

Places like this remind me why there’s no such thing as a zero star property. TLDR: It’s a dump. We were visiting friends in ABQ for the evening and just needed a spot for 10 hours to sleep on our way home. I used to travel 250-300 days a year for work, so I’ve seen a lot. The only two compliments I can share were that the beds were firm and I didn’t see any roaches, at least of the insect variety. First red flag was the two shopping carts belonging to the local unhoused as we pulled up. We should have canceled and left then. Hotel Circle properties weren't much more expensive in comparison. Got our room key and opened the door. If this was the ‘deluxe’ room that we booked, I’d hate to see a standard room. Stench of stale smoke (was supposed to be an NS room) and pine cleaner overwhelmed us. Then there was vape smoke from the room next door, through the connecting doors, that a previous occupant tried to tape over. There were stickers and mystery things on the wall, missing a light bulb in the table lamp, and no towels. Also had two gig driver cars parked in front, they came and went all night long. Looked like the other side of the property had people not staying for a full night, and taking part in questionable activities. We called the front desk about the smoke/vape smell getting worse and about getting some towels. The guy said he’d look into it. I debated on pushing the dresser in front of the door but settled for the can of spray from my bag on the nightstand. I got to sleep around midnight and woke up to someone screaming outside my door at 4am. Didn’t make it back to sleep. A driver came in at 5:30, stereo blaring, parked and sounded their car alarm to let us all know they were back. I don’t think this place has ever been shopped by corporate. TL used to be a decent brand but this property is just being run into the ground. Not worth the $80 we paid. Finally, we never got our towels, maybe it’s a good thing I didn’t get to shower. Run!

The hotel heater didn't work, and it was freezing outside. No hot water. I finally left with no sleep and shower.

They gave me smoking room! Everything was terrible

the tv had so much background noise I could hardley watch TV andf no internet

This was one of the worst motels I’ve stayed. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and incense. Holes in the walls, dirty bedsheets, pool wasn’t filled all the way, cracked windows, curtains falling down, and there were several people (not motel guests) wandering around the parking lot.

Amazing.i had a good night no problems what so ever and I had a great night sleep.no noise complaints and everything was quite alright.wishbi was there in time to go to the pool though lol.thsnk you guys for your stay and to the woman who helped me god bless you and keep up the great work.
