Worst experience in my life, I PAYED $ 180.00 (Expedia) for the worst hotel room in my life; dirt, sheets were stained with blood, ( I took pictures of it) not a single basket all over the room to drop trash, smoke detector on ceiling was missing, room's furniture dented, shower's curtain filthy had to take a shower with sandals at night you can hear all the traffic from freeway like if you were sleeping on the streets and a general feeling that anyone can break into your room at anytime, please don't ever think about this place for a family vacation, we went to Albuquerque for Balloon's fiesta (october 7 and 8 ) festival is awesome, had a blast over there but the sad experience with the hotel room.

Totally opposite to what it advertises: No breakfast, no smoke detectors, torn curtains, no toilet paper holder, shower had to be held for it to work, wall sink was about to fall, TV did not work.

This hotel is not a hotel is nasty, uses the same dirty sheet on bed the walls with holes and mold, floors dirty, and with smell to cigarette, personal bad attitude all I can say was a nightmare to sleep on this pretends to be a hotel, the pictures on the add are fakes.

The first "non-smoking' room given to me was horrid. It had the stench of cigarettes, the bed was wobbling back & forth, the & the vanity light & smoke detector were broken. I requested another room which was slightly better, but i was never transferred to that room in their system so someone else was assigned to my room & a key was given to them. they tried to enter twice even after i told them it wasn't their room. The police were called & they came pounding on my door thinking i was in violation. Hotel staff were very unprofessional & scetchy. DON'T STAY THERE OR STAY AT YOUR ON RISK!!!!!

Unsafe area, staff is great. Rooms very small, but clean.

My mom and I took a trip and stayed at 5 different hotels. I admittedly didn't pick 4 star hotels, so i didn't anticipate being wowed by any place i picked. However, this place was the pits. The toilet didn't flush. The room smelled like smoke. The blankets had stains. The area didn't feel safe. I picked this hotel because it had a pool - that was a joke. The pool room was NASTY. The only nice thing I can say is that there was a Starbucks nearby.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had from using Expedia. Towels and bedding were visibly stained. The walls were not finished at the floor, with trim falling off. Curtains would not close. Generally unfriendly and dirty throughout the complex. Literally drug deals happening right outside the door in the parking lot.

Had to wait for shift hangs at 2340!! Doors were locked and we waited outside for 20 minutes.

Ac not working and the other room was not yet available. Have to cancel the booking but still pending for refund of payment from Expedia.. Hoping to get refund for the 2 rooms paid but we did not stay.

While friendly enough.......... this place is crawling with vagrants doing drugs and ladies of the evening. At one point I walked up on some smoking crack and caught wind of it. Service was good, but it does not feel safe.
