Extended Stay America Suites - Oakland - Alameda Airport

The staff is very friendly and helpful since we were a half hour late checking out. But, overall it was a very good place for the price.

Bathroom had urine smell and room had no amenities

I loved the hotel location, it was close to the Airport but secluded in Alameda. The representative was friendly and quickly checked us in. Sadly the halls were filled with dog urine stains. The room had a mixture of odors that were offensive to the

All I can say is, I was really Empress, with everything. Cleanness, Parking, Where they placed me, all in all, I loved everything, and that's why I booked another stay

Would not recommend this hotel at all. The front desk service was poor. The room itself looked rundown. We did not have more than a couple of towels left for us when we asked for extra blankets and pillows. at the front desk, the front desk person did not seem motivated to get anything for us. The sofa bed mattress was disgustingly, dirty, and worn out. Did not feel safe in the hotel because at 4 am heard someone near our door yelling profanities. will never stay at an Extended StayAmerica ever again.
