Extended Stay America Suites - Oakland - Alameda Airport

Not much, when we arrived front desk person was okay, room smelled bad, and there was NO soap or shampoo in the room and front desk said the manager didn't order enough

The staff and parking were great. The hotel hall smelled off. The rooms are spacious but damage. Our sofa had homes in it and the desk chair had cuts all over it. We brought our dog and he had lots of space to walk around outside. But people don’t pick up after their dogs so there is poop all over. Some of it has been there a very long time.

Filthy walls, furniture and bathroom. Stains and substances smeared. Gross. Dirty common areas.

Everything was wonderful during my stay.

The staff was great and the room was very clean.

The hotel was okay for a quick stay. When I got there, no one was at the front desk—I had to wait a couple minutes before someone came out from the back after tossing some sheets in the washer. No greeting, just took my info, asked a few questions, and pointed me to my room. The room itself was fine, nothing fancy. I wouldn’t recommend it for a long stay, but it works if you just need a place for the night.
