We checked in early which went well. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned very well! There was a smashd beer can by bed and a penny on floor in bathroom. The room was not vacuumed or cleaned very well ar all.
My room stunk so so sooo bad like cigarette smoke. It was nasty. I couldn’t even sleep in my room.
The location is great and easy to find. The mattresses are quite mushy.
Staff was great and the location is close enough to shops and stores that you can walk to.
Customer service the worst. Rude demeaning staff. Kids running all day and night in the halls. Didn’t get the conference room my friend had reserved. Beds were so uncomfortable. You can hear right through the walls. Way too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. No towels for the pool. There’s like a film of grime in the hot tub like it’s not being properly cleaned. We had many rooms for my friends birthday and it was a horrible time for everyone.
The Facilities were in very good shape. Bed was comfortable. Saff was excellent. Wish there had been a desk, and a dresser.

Ease of reserving, and then adding a night at the front of our vacation. All staff encountered were friendly, interactive and helpful with local directions and businesses. Very nice breakfast options and great coffee.
Easy to find location with close dining options. Walking distance close to town.
Great place for the money.
