The rooms are clean and well cared for. The lobby, breakfast area and public restrooms could be more clean and updated. Staff was friendly and when told the light over our room desk did not work and the bathroom tissue in the public ladies room was nonfunctional, they appreciated knowing and stated items would be attended to promptly.

The rooms seemed outdated, very moldy and musty smelling. Not appealing. The AC didn’t work all the time. The fan would blow, but no cold air.

As a longtime fan of this hotel (about a dozen stays), everything was as expected: Front desk staffer Dillan was friendly, engaging & welcoming. My room was quiet & comfortable. The nearby restaurant Tattersall complemented my relaxing stay.

The hotel was easy to find but it was older. The beds were lumpy and the room fridge had a huge ice chunk in it when we arrived and over the course of our stay, the ice melted and there was a huge wet spot on the floor.
Terrible. No exhaust fan in bathroom so room filled with humidity and the air conditioner could not take it all out. We like to reuse our towels but could not because they never dried. The sheets were so old they were piled will never stay there again. When we first got to our room we didn’t like it as it faced the parking lot. We went back to the front desk and asked for a different room but the girl was not trained very well and didn’t know know to. I’ve us so we were stuck with the room

Although updated the drapes & shade were in dire need of replacement. Also good to know (and is mentioned in their description) they don’t have an elevator. Which will limit you to the 1st floor if you have mobility issues. Our toilets appeared to be new, but is a very low profile… they do have a handicap toilet on the first floor.
