Property Notes

Please note the property requires the following ID verification document within 48 hours after booking: Photo or scan of a valid photo ID that matches the credit card details used to book your reservation. Your information will be securely stored in accordance to Australian privacy laws. Key Collection - The key collection is located offsite, and may not be available 24/7. Further details will be provided 3 days before check-in if your booking is successfully reserved. Early Check-in - Our standard check-in time is 3pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. An early check-in may be available from the night before at a small additional cost, subject to availability. Late Check-out - Our standard check-out time is 10am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. A late check-out may be available from the night before at a small additional cost, subject to availability. Baggage - For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out. Cleaning Service - Please note that this property does not include regular housekeeping during your stay. If you would like to arrange for cleaning services, they are available upon request for an additional fee. Basic Amenities - We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
