Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salt Lake City N - Bountiful

The breakfast was wonderful. This is a nice place to stay.

Great stay. Traffic from highway was loud,

We chose to stay in one of the "accessible" walk-in bath-equipped rooms and while that was convenient and made us feel more safe with the grab bars, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible and there was no counter space to put anything on around the sink. And for some odd reason there was no toilet paper holder. The breakfasts were routine hotel fare; could have used some variety in the potato choices but it was pretty good.

We had a room with 2 queen beds so there wasn't an abundance of extra room but enough for 2 chairs and a nice desk. There was a nice 40 inch flat screen TV. The room had been redone recently and was exceptionally clean. though it was close to the I 15 freeway it was very quite and conveniently located for our needs. microwave,coffee maker,fridge and safe. what else do you need. The breakfast was very well done with a good variety of hot and cold items. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Parts of the bathroom were still dirty when re arrived.

Hotel was remodeled from Country Inn & Suites and still saw gapes in walls, lights, pool area, and other areas throughout the hotel. Light didn't work in room when you entered, shower faucet was stripped and rotated around to not hold temperature. When opened blinds on window, original all was shown with mold and missing caulking.

Everything is wonderful

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

The water heater was out across the hotel. Extremely cold showers. No discount was given due to the water problem.

Check in was great. Clean, quiet, comfortable - wish they would have had more extra bedding/pillows for the pull out but other than that great.
