Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salt Lake City N - Bountiful

They were having key and door issues the whole time I was there. I wasn’t able to get into the hotel from the side door where it was more convenient. They worked on my door and keys a couple of time and it still didn’t work. I had to use both keys multiple time for it to finally flash. My room must of not been checked properly by housekeeping because we found a bottle of Diet Coke on the floor. Hope it wasn’t from someone going into my room. The place was clean and breakfast was ok. Just very irritating having to go through all that after a long day.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Toilet seat broken

Water main was broken. We had to leave and rebook at another hotel. Took us over a month to get the front desk to request a refund for our stay.

The property was ok not exactly like the pictures that they post on the Expedia page. Lots of road noise since it is along side the off ramp of the interstate. Our room was well used and the bathroom needs a renovation. Water damage around the tub.

Front desk staff was very friendly and made us really feel welcome

Hot tub was not working through no fault of he hotel.
