Location was right be the freeway so easy on and off access

We were put in a room with the loudest mechanical equipment behind a bumped out wall in our room! It was on non stop and the noise gave us a headache. We were there for only one night so we didn’t ask to move rooms but it was awful. Bad design. Breakfast wasn’t great options. Pancake machine broken.

"Couldn’t care less!!!"

Chose this hotel because of the ratings, price, and distance from my work meeting. Huge mistake. My room was filthy. Sheets stained, bed pathetically made, bathroom disgusting, floor not swept or vacuumed. Thought I could tough it out and try not to be picky. 2nd day, I had ants crawling up and biting my leg. Went to front desk, no sorry, no offer to help, only annoyance that he had to get up from playing on his phone (yes, I watched as I was talking to the new guy). I was told nothing but he didn’t have spray or another room to put me in. Talked to my husband and since they were not in the bedroom and it was my last night, roughed it out. Next morning, went to shower and as I placed my hand on the shower wall to lean down and pull shower knob, I realized I had stuck my hand in what I am praying to God was a PILE of razor clippings from a man’s beard and not other body part clippings, all over the wall of the shower. Absolutely disgusting!!! Other: omelets were burnt eggs with American craft singles melted in it. Rubber sausages, and luke warm oats swimming in murky water being passed off as hot oatmeal. Smell was old and musky, not friendly staff. How this hotel had the high ratings it does is beyond me but I’ll be honest and say stay away!!! Thank goodness I did not bring my family with me!

Older property that has seen some wear and tear. The HVAC in our room was so noisy we were woken up each time it kicked on. Room was very cramped for a suite. Staff were pretty nice. We will not be returning to this property.
