Holiday Inn Express & Suites Salt Lake City N - Bountiful

The hotel was dirty on the outside and inside, and there was garbage on the grounds and parking lot. We would not stay there again. The only positive note is the staff was awesome and so friendly!

sink drain would not close tightly. Easy to lose a contact lens when washing

Continental breakfast was great and the room was spacious. Bathroom was a little outdated and the indoor pool wasn't heated. Hot tub was great though! A good location in terms of being close to the interstate but not a ton of stuff (restaurants, shops, etc.) within walking distance.

Clean and quiet. Super close to Lagoon.

Older hotel with some recent, not so great remodeling done. Suite stay was different than most suites i have stayed at. Majority of lights didn't work, spots on the, hide out bed, couch, which was the only place to sit. No tv guide or restaurant/places to- go- guide was available. The bed was comfortable. Lights only worked if the one switch was on. Room was behind the elevator and the noise from that was annoying from about 6am on. Noisy fan/air-conditioner. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was better than I expected. Not a fan of the place. I dint think this will be on my favorite places to stay at for future activities. Maybe the other things were better and nicer.
