Breakfast could be better and Staff that day wasn’t{t ready, it what I overheard the schedule person didn’t show up… I don’t understand why when they didn’t know they have someone come in … but it took some time to get it taking care of. I am a profesional , a business person I think they need help to understand the need that some may have stayed for that reason but now had to leave and may not stay the next time

Always a pleasant stay here in south natomas. Staff is helpful and accommodating when possible.

The only problem is neighbors sometimes.

I loved the quick check in.

One of the outlets didn’t work so my phone didn’t charge and I need my phone for work. Sad to see my phone wasn’t charged in the morning. Also my key card stopped working suddenly and that was unfortunate since I was on the second floor and had my hands full of groceries. The key card slot to get in at night never worked and the staff would have to manually unlock the front door every night.
