Confortable bed and pillows. Room and bathroom size ok. Shower with a good water stream. Clean. Good Breakfast, it included waffles, yogurt, cereal , milk, orange and apple juice, coffee, boiled eggs, bagels & cream cheese, fruit…

Housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms every day, if you want your room done, you need to request it at Front Desk the prior night, but we were not informed about it and there was no sign at our room door to request it. When we came back around 1 pm, the housekeeping ladies denied to clean the room because it was not requested by front desk. We had to insist to the morning front desk clerk (that didn’t seem to be friendly and proactive to help) finally she had to talk to housekeeping otherwise we would have to stay in a dirty room. Breakfast place is too small for the amount of people having breakfast at the same time, not enough tables and chairs. There is no refrigerator nor microwave in the room. Some maintenance needed to be done to keep room and bathroom updated, like patching holes/scratches on the wall. The only bathroom hook is not good to hold your clothes or towels, everything fells down to the floor. The hotel es close to the freeway entrance, but not in the city, it is no place to walk or see around it, only trucks.

They don’t have Refrigerator for my bottle water for cool and Microwave.People parking the car are not good.They park their cars close to my car.

The room was clean and fine, mostly, with room for suitcases to be laid open.

The guys who checked in to the "adjoining room" (after we were asleep) could be heard through the walls, and when they tried to open the adjoining door, which was locked from our side, thank goodness. It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but next time we'll ask for a room that doesn't have an adjoining door. Not sure how to ask for walls that block sounds of neighbors. The other thing that was negative was the shorter-than-usual bed. Or maybe it was the way the sheets were tucked in so tight. both if us felt like it was shorter than usual; I'm 5'5" and my husband is 6'2". Hard to figure out... Otherwise all OK.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The Manager himself was extremely nice and compassionate towards guests and willing to assist in any way possible. I will always attempt to book here when I’m in town visiting.
