The use of the pool and the other facilities

Them not having all the breakfast items at the same time by the time they were replenished the rest of the food on the plate was cold

The room was very functional and clean

There was not air con or air cooling system in the room so it was extremely hot and didn't sleep properly for that reason. The room didn't have a mini fridge and also was lacking of hand tissues/tissues in general. I also feel that the pool access should be included in the room price.

The room was very nice, and it was clean

Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot throughout both the day and night, making it very difficult for my partner and me to sleep. Although a fan was provided, it was not sufficient to cool the room adequately. We raised this issue with the staff, but were informed that there was little they could do and that this is a common occurrence, particularly when all rooms are occupied and additional fans are unavailable. If this is a frequent issue, it may be worth considering backup fans or portable air conditioning units to improve guest comfort. In addition, the TV in the room was not functioning. When we asked about connecting or mirroring our phone to the TV, we were told that it had never worked. Overall, there are several areas within the facilities that would benefit from improvement to provide a more comfortable and satisfactory guest experience.
