Bed was horrible

The carpet was pretty ugly and needs to be replaced

Love the area love the room size clean parking was perfect

No breakfast provided after Expedia stating that breakfast was included. Swimming pool was closed despite the weather very hot and sunny.

Everyone was very friendly- but property understaffed. Room was clean, but the mattress sunk to the middle, so not super comfortable. Not very many amenities- which is understandable for the price. Overall, what you expect for an Inn, but it could be (way) better if the ownership puts just a little bit of effort. Had a good experience, but will try a different place next time.

Really more of a motel not a hotel. Room was basic but adequate and clean. Close to Southampton. They were fully booked on one of the weekend days of our stay so rate that night was high for this type of lodging.

Not as advertised—at all! Leak in my bathroom, moist floors, poor repairs ... Anyway.

Foul smelling room beyond belief - sadly when we arrive the windows were open and it was freshly cleaned so masked the smell although a faint odor was in the air it was bearable After closing the window and doors to go out for the night on return the smell was awful but too late to do room changes so we waited until the morning to tell them however there was no one around so all the check ou keys were being left - this is quite sad because the property was nice but I’d never recommend based on our experience and it ruined our last night in the US plus it was insanely expensive for this to happen compared to 2 nights in Boston it was more here for 1 night!! Anyway I have written and no one has bothered answering so I’ve gone ahead with my review
