el personal de limpieza no se aseguran si necesita uno algo me quedé 4 días nunca fueron a sacar la basura a pasar la escoba a preguntar si necesitaba agua café azúcar , toalla algo yo tuve que barrer yo tuve q sacar la basura

I had to call twice to get anyone to call me back about my late arrival and what the protocol was. The lock box was unlocked which doesn’t seem safe. It would have been helpful to have a bit more specific instructions as to where exactly my room was once didn’t arrive until late that night.

This hotel is on a major bumpy road, Road 39, so you will heard trucks banging along all night long. There was no one to check you in after 6pm, so make sure you get there before 6pm or you will have to spend hours on the phone trying to get help. The was no breakfast offered at all. I waited until 8am and then left the hotel. There was no one there to check you out, so I went back to my room and just left the key in my room. The pictures you see on the website are no where near the truth of this run down property. It is a one star or less property. The pictures make it look like a brand new hotel and it is a run down place. No elevator, so you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of long stairs.

Lovely friendly staff, very clean, modern hotel room with a great coffee machine. Worth noting that you need a car to stay here. We took an uber into Hampton Bays which worked out very well for us.

Front desk staff was exceptional, grounds were pleasant (pool and gardens) rooms were clean but needed a little updating otherwise a pleasant stay.
