Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, grounds are lovely (pool and garden). Rooms were dated but clean. The area is a bit noisy due to the adjacent busy roadway with heavy traffic but overall I had a pleasant stay.

Place is great for a weekend stay with lots of greenery around. The staff is excellent and very friendly. We stayed here with our poodle dog and had no issues. The tennis court, basket ball rink were accessible all the time and the pool was v clean. The house keeping is daily which is also good. Considering the high costs in Southampton, this is a great place if you want to spend a night or two as it’s close to cooper beach and the downtown ! Couple of downsides about this place is that there is a bit of noise from the cars at the highway and the breakfast during the weekend was kind of ordinary.

The room was ok and represented truthfully on many websites, but the property is nothing like it was presented online

Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good.

This “hotel” is actually a cheaply remodeled “motel.” For $600+ per night I had much higher expectations. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke and a little bit of urine which I suspect is because the old carpet was never removed. The bathroom is super cramped.

The only Motel available???

Stay was amazing, staff is amazing, room was amazing.. only concern is driving off the property into the main road can be a bit dangerous.

There is not customer service , coffee maker didn’t work and they didn’t replace it , maid left bathroom dirty

Staff was very friendly. Beautiful pool. Good parking.
