"Not clean, communal bathroom that was extremely dirty, I refused to use it."

The property seemed to be in a good residential area.

There was a stain in the bed skirt of the bed that had crusted and it looked really disgusting. the bed was caved in and when we looked at the sheets on the bed, there was a huge yellow stain across the bed and so many crumbs, lint and other things between the sheets. It was dirty and you could tell the sheets just were not washed.
