Location was only 8 minutes to the entertainment centre perfect for us rooms were clean and comfortable, friendly staff nothing was a problem & travelling with my 5-year-old autistic grandson is sometimes difficult but the restaurant staff were very good & understanding making our stay there, happy for all 6 of us I would definitely recommend this property for your next stay!

Nothing everything was great

Líbila se mě dostupná vzdálenost od letiště, což po velmi dlouhém a náročném cestování z Evropy je velké plus a také nebylo nutné přejíždět město. Zařízení splňuje základní požadavky a očekávání.

Poměr kvality a ceny nepatří k těm nejlepším. Snídaně, které také nebyly úplně nejlevnější, se musely dokupovat a jejich úroveň byla hodně pod úrovní na jakou jsme zvyklí v Evropě. V ceně snídaně byla také jen obyčejná káva v konvici, lepší káva z automatu se musela dokupovat.

Excellent apartment which was well equipped for at least 2 guests. Plenty of room for storage and the balcony space was lovely. The Air Conditioning was amazing and the space was appropriately furnished. Shower was also nice and the bathroom well set-up

The apartment wasn't serviced at all during the week we stayed. We ran out of toilet paper and had to request more, disappointingly only one roll was left. It rained all week so we also requested some more towels which came the next day, unfortunately they were a little on the small side but still did the job. The food from the restaurant was nice although quite pricey. The apartment is quite a way from the restaurant so the food wasn't very hot which was disappointing. Lastly, the TV's both asked the guest to sign in to the different channels. You could watch FTA channels only after rescanning them. The only other negative, the apartments were quite a distance from Reception and the parking situation was not ideal being a long way from the entrance. No disabled access and stairs had to be negotiated to get to the lift.

The receptionist was very kind and checked us in earlier. The room was spacious and clean, bathroom with all the toiletries.

Nothing cons

The locations was great. Easy access to the city.

It’s a convenient location to where we needed to be, we stayed in the newer section this time and the room was great! Staff are always friendly and helpful!

The showers could do with a bit more water pressure
