Overpriced and very very very dated hotel. Bad neighbourhood and not worth visiting. Santika Hayam Wuruk is much better from all angles.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santika Premier Slipi. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I was especially impressed by the excellent service provided by one of the staff members, Abar. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. His attention to detail and warm attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. Thank you, Abar, and the entire team for the great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

"Hotel staff was good but horrible unfriendly spa services"

The staff at the restaurant, concierge and reception is very good n helpful

The spa. The lady was not welcoming. Talking while texting on phone. Looked very lazy. Put us at 8:30pm but when we come she was handling other person. She doeant even call our room no to explain about changes etc.
