On the weekend the staff did not cope well with the volume of guests - there was insufficient clean cutlery and the tables were not cleaned timeously

The service is good and the all team kind and cooperative,, and smile all time and helpfull

The room key you need to update it and active it ,, this is noisey to client

Your Restaurant for breakfast and dinner room has a luxury space and needly organized the food arrangement . i enjoy every moment while i at your restaurant with the food and the ambient surrounding.

Overall i sincerely accept the condition as it, all within my expectation with such a short stay. Question: 1. Happen i came back late around 12.00pm and feel hungry and pick up the room phone asking about room service is not available for such services . had no choice had to go out again at after 11.00pm to look for food. Suggestion : Probably your hotel can provide information poster for the nearest restaurant /fast food that near to your hotel that open after 10.00pm .
