Superb

The staff was friendly but calls to the front desk for extras went unfulfilled. The breakfast buffet did not feature sneeze guards and I witnessed people eating directly from the platters and then returning unfinished items to the platter. In our room: dirty and stained furniture, broken lamps, broken safe, and water leaking into the room during a rain storm!! This is a budget hotel in a bad area with nothing around besides a convenience store approx. 50m away.

Good little service issue

The staff is very helpful and I needed to change rooms at 10:30pm, which they immediately provided. They have a great swimming pool and gym, plus a huge buffet area.

The place needs urgent pest control management. My room had so many bugs I needed to move out.
